Education & Professional Credentials: Mr. Prasad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, supported by continuous professional development in urban planning, environmental design, and sustainable development practices. His academic foundation, combined with decades of hands-on execution experience, enables him to bridge conceptual design with practical, cost-efficient, and regulation-compliant implementation.

He is known for integrating smart environmental planning, energy-efficient design principles, and sustainable infrastructure solutions across his projects, aligning development objectives with long-term operational efficiency and community well-being.

Professional Journey: Mr. Prasad began his career with the International Airports Authority of India, working in the Department of Planning & Architecture on major airport infrastructure projects, including Mumbai’s international aviation facilities and airport upgradation initiatives. He later served with the Ministry of Housing, Libya, contributing to national housing and community development programs, gaining valuable international exposure early in his career.

Following his public-sector tenure, he worked as an Architect and Senior Architect with leading architectural firms in New Delhi, where he delivered preliminary and detailed designs for independent residences, multistoried group housing, townships, and major commercial developments. His work during this period included projects for NTPC Ltd., large district centers for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), and office and commercial complexes for both public and private sector enterprises.

Entrepreneurial Practice & Key Achievements: In 1986, Mr. Prasad co-founded the architectural and interior design firm M/s Concept Architecture, where he led several award-winning residential, institutional, and interior projects. During this phase, he won and executed major national housing design competitions, including projects for the Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) and the Indian Railways Welfare Organisation (IRWO). In 1994, he established his independent consultancy, G. Prasad & Associates, headquartered in New Delhi. Recognized for his disciplined and competent approach to management advisory, Stefan has played a pivotal role in shaping strategic investments across the hospitality, leisure, and real estate sectors in the region.

He previously served as Vice President of Investment for Real Estate and Hospitality Projects at The Abraaj Group in Dubai, UAE (2004–2009), where he gained extensive experience in structuring, deploying, and managing complex investment portfolios. Stefan has developed a strong track record as a principal in direct investments, consistently delivering risk-adjusted, high-growth opportunities with clear exit strategies.
